The real estate agent was nice enough, but was horrible at communicating with us. We constantly had to reach out to him to ask about things because he would not reach out to us. We would ask for him to check on something, but would take forever to hear back from him, and again would have to reach out to him to see if he ever heard anything back about our concerns. We asked if he could find out who the utilities providers where, as this was a new area for us and did not know. He never provided that information before closing and I had to call around to various utility providers to find out who services our house. He made this one of our worst experiences in home buying ever...

My real estate agent, Julie Jalone, was incredible. She was able to answer all my questions about the homes I was interested in. Very friendly and helpful! I felt like the process was very easy. She was very communicative and explained information about each home very well and the market. I will totally recommend this agent to any veteran looking to buy a home in the area.

My real estate agent, William Catlett at Century 21 Advantage Gold, was amazing. He was extremely professional and took me seriously from the very beginning. He was responsive, showed me houses that matched my criteria, and he did not waste my time. He understood the VA loan requirements. He was a wealth of information and provided numerous great referrals. He answered numerous questions and really guided this process. I cannot recommend him strongly enough. He crafted an offer that allowed me to purchase my home (which was for sale by owner). I spoke to seller at the end of the transaction. The seller was very positive about his experience with my Real Estate Agent. I am very grateful for his expertise, professionalism, and guidance through this process.
