We felt like we did all the work for her. Yes we looked for houses ourselves but she did not. Most realtors will help by saying hey, I found this for you. All she did was provide a link that emailed us houses that were mostly not our criteria at all. She was knowledgeable with VA loans but was not personable or very helpful even while looking at homes. Her response time was very slow as well.
