We felt like we did all the work for her. Yes we looked for houses ourselves but she did not. Most realtors will help by saying hey, I found this for you. All she did was provide a link that emailed us houses that were mostly not our criteria at all. She was knowledgeable with VA loans but was not personable or very helpful even while looking at homes. Her response time was very slow as well.

Not happy with her whatsoever. I urge you to keep her off of your recommended list. She was the cause of a lot of delays during this process.

Gary was awesome, he helped point me to locations that were appropriate to what I was looking for. He educated me on things that I should looked for when buying a home, Such as windows, sliding, roofing, etc.
