My Jorge was late to every meeting we had including the closing. There was a two and a half week period where he didn't respond to calls or text messages. Prior to closing day he assured me that the previous owner had clean out the house. Imagine my surprise when I get to the home and every bit of furniture was still in the house. Now after closing I've spent hours cleaning the home and removing personal effects from the previous owner, and I am still no where near done. Further more he insisted he accompany me to the closing, making it seem like his presence was require despite the title company representative indicating that he was not. He fell asleep during closing and when he was awake he kept repeating how much he still had to do for the day. He did not do his final walk through of the house, or any walk through for that matter because I discovered after closing that the oven is completely non functional after the previous owner insisted that it worked. My experience with Jorge made an already stressful event absolutely miserable, and were it not for friends using VU and getting great realtors I would hesitate to use Veterans United again.

Tammy was great. Even though we were 3 time zones away, Tammy ensures we were kept up to speed and responded to our last minute requests with no arguments. She was able to do digital viewings of homes and gave sound advice on what offer we should submit. We were very nervous to buy sight unseen, but Tammy gave us the confidence we were making the right investment. We love the house we are in now!

Alexandrea was a great real estate agent she went above and beyond in her duties she stuck with me all the way to the end. This was not an easy closing when things seemed to be going badly she always managed to get things worked out. This is a tough market and her services were invaluable.
