Mark was phenomenal! His communication on anything that came was great, he has a wealth of knowledge in the home buying process. He was patient, honest, and didn't try to influence our decision. Mark was always our biggest advocate when it came to things that need to be replaced or repaired in the home and he went to the sellers to get the best outcome for us on multiple times.

Our realtor took weeks to respond to us and then we really only saw him for a few showings and spoke with him once after submitting our offer. We heard nothing from him from the point of offer until after our original signing/closing time with the title company.

Tim and Carrie took very good care of us during this experience. They are very knowledgeable and kind. They taught us a lot about home buying and how to safeguard our interests. Mitch Allen, our real estate agent, was the perfect fit for us. We can't think of a better realtor. During a normally stressful process, Mitch guided us through the COVID circumstances with care, thoughtfulness and professionalism. He did several video walk-throughs at potential homes so that we were not exposed to any dangers. Mitch sent us new listings every day, as they became available. We will definitely recommend him to friends and family. He truly is one of the best agents we could have hoped for.
