What can I say about Janet. I can say she was extremely patient with us from the beginning to the end. we had to change our closing date 4 times and I know she put a lot of work into it. I think we made life a living hell for her. We appreciate all the work she put into it for us. She is a wonderful person.

Mark is a nice guy and we hit it off almost immediately and he was always available when we needed him. Mark was very patient when as we looked at multiple houses and he was very knowledgeable and when he didn't have an answer to a question, he always found the information and communicated it to us in a timely manner.

my real estate agent Deana Anderson was the best real estate agent so far. She was helping me from the beginning to the end. During the COVID-19 quarantine, she was contact with different sellers and agents to schedule my visit time and date, not one appointment, we always had 3-5 different houses and cities need to visit. She was helping me to find the best house match my requirments and limited budgets. She always returned my calls and texts within short time period. one more thing, her smile was so beautiful to clam me down when I fell nervousness and anxiety. Over all, she is the best VA loan estate agent in my area.

The real estate agent did not communicate out desires to the seller. She also advised us not to talk to the sellers directly and cost us valuable assets that the seller would have happily left on the property. She did not follow our intentions with closing due to her inability to cope with the changes caused by COVID-19.
