RE agent handled the entire process of purchasing a house without me being there physically. Great mediator, loyal, and very fast.

We made a last minute decision to drive to Arizona from California for a house hunt. We literally gave Pam less than 24 hrs notice that we were coming. She jumped right in, got things lined up for us, and we made an offer (the house we ended up buying) the first day. She still took us to look at “back-ups” just in case. Our planned week of house hunting was done in two days.

Barbara did an excellent job on finding us our perfect home and making sure our needs were met. We were out of state looking for a home, so it was very difficult for us to pin point what exactly we need we needed, but Barbara went above and beyond and we are so thankful to have had her as our agent.

Arlene is the most incredible realtor I have every worked with. She’s patient and kind. It took me several months to find the right house and she worked tirelessly for my family. She never pressured me into a house and even pointed out safety concerns for my twin toddlers (even down to pulling out of driveways safely). She was available day and night and she was amazing with my boys (she loves kids and is so patient no matter how much they ran around). Words can’t express my gratitude to this amazing woman. She has made myself and my family happy homeowners. She found my forever home and she worked hard getting me the best deal possible. I hope to send more buyers her way because they will be taken care of day or night. Thanks so much for all your work and dedication to my family!

Ashley Wise, of Tribeca Northwest, recommended by Tommy's team at VU, was a godsend. She was totally honest, kept us in the loop all the time, did the right amount of hand holding, got an amazing deal for the sale of the house, and made sure every single step of our home purchase went smoothly, despite obstacles tossed in by the interesting sellers. I would definitely go out of my way to use Ashley and her whole team again, and will be recommending her to anyone needing to sell or buy a home.
