Mark was phenomenal! His communication on anything that came was great, he has a wealth of knowledge in the home buying process. He was patient, honest, and didn't try to influence our decision. Mark was always our biggest advocate when it came to things that need to be replaced or repaired in the home and he went to the sellers to get the best outcome for us on multiple times.

Our realtor took weeks to respond to us and then we really only saw him for a few showings and spoke with him once after submitting our offer. We heard nothing from him from the point of offer until after our original signing/closing time with the title company.

Tim and Carrie took very good care of us during this experience. They are very knowledgeable and kind. They taught us a lot about home buying and how to safeguard our interests. Our need to find a house in a very small area must have made it hard to find us a house in our budget, but they never gave up. I would definitely recommend them to my fellow veterans and friends.

Mitch Allen, our real estate agent, was the perfect fit for us. We can't think of a better realtor. During a normally stressful process, Mitch guided us through the COVID circumstances with care, thoughtfulness and professionalism. He did several video walk-throughs at potential homes so that we were not exposed to any dangers. Mitch sent us new listings every day, as they became available. What can I say about Janet. I can say she was extremely patient with us from the beginning to the end. we had to change our closing date 4 times and I know she put a lot of work into it. I think we made life a living hell for her. We appreciate all the work she put into it for us. She is a wonderful person.

my real estate agent Deana Anderson was the best real estate agent so far. She was helping me from the beginning to the end. During the COVID-19 quarantine, she was contact with different sellers and agents to schedule my visit time and date, not one appointment, we always had 3-5 different houses and cities need to visit. She was helping me to find the best house match my requirments and limited budgets. She always returned my calls and texts within short time period. one more thing, her smile was so beautiful to clam me down when I fell nervousness and anxiety. Over all, she is the best VA loan estate agent in my area.
