We were initially assigned an agent who was not a good fit. We requested a new agent and with the assistance of Veterans United realtor coordinator, Paul Baughman (also a ROCKSTAR), we got the perfect agent. Our new agent, Michael Ascolillo, was very responsive and had a great attitude. Give him all the business! The dude is real estate legend.

Lisa did a great job. Always available to show property and write offers. We wrote offers on four properties before getting an accepted contract. Great communications, always available and quick to respond via phone, text and email. Very easy to work with. We would use her again in the future.

Betsy Thomson is an excellent Real Estate Agent. We are based in San Diego and have not been able to physically visit the houses that are in the market for sale but she made it possible for us to see different properties using social media.
