Most of the time when I called her she never answered. Seemed like more often than not she would call me back the next day. Just seemed like we were put on the back burner to other items she felt where more important. The final walk through wasn't able to be completed the first time due to her not making sure the utilities where on. I had turn everything on in my name just to ok the house. Just seemed like we were not on her list of important buyers.

Tina Lucas was a Rockstar. She worked constantly to find the right fit for us. When she found a new construction home, it was the perfect home we were looking for. Tina always made sure to contact us and worked with the builders to keep us informed of the progress as our house was being built. I would certainly work with her on any future endeavors and recommend her to all I know looking for the perfect Real Estate Agent. She is definitely an valuable asset to The Jason Mitchell Group.

Ana, has been wonderful. We expected an agent that would kindly attempt to push, and persuade us into ideas that did not fit our interest. Ana was patient with us considering we did. It have an exact plan l, she allowed for our ideas to flow naturally and gave feedback when she thought it would be important to our decisions. Whether it was early morning or late in the evening Ana attentively responded to any inquiries or concerns that we had. Ana was attentive, friendly and extremely sincere in her role with us. She even helped tame our toddler at the signing. She really makes you feel as though you’ve gained a friend at the end of the whole process. We were very lucky to have been awarded such a great team of her and Andy. Thank you Ana!!!

Bob was great!! There were a few bumps at first just due to the logistics of the sale (I was the tenant in the home I was purchasing and was quite some distance from Bob's home office) but, once we synched up, it was a total team effort all the way with constant and detailed comms leading to success!
