The real estate agent did not communicate out desires to the seller. She also advised us not to talk to the sellers directly and cost us valuable assets that the seller would have happily left on the property. She did not follow our intentions with closing due to her inability to cope with the changes caused by COVID-19.

Brian was fabulous he consistently went above and beyond to help me find what I wanted and even after during the closing process was extremely helpful. This was my first time and I was all over the place with wants but Brian always had super helpful insight and suggestions to offer. I always felt me had my best interest at heart which means more to me than anything else!!! I will recommend him and VU to anyone I know interested in home buying from here on out.
