I cannot say enough good about Lance Tomar, our RE Agent. He took on a difficult job finding just the right property for us when we were not even there most of the time, but rather half-way across the country. He has taken care of absolutely anything and everything that needed attention along the way, from digging up properties for us or our daughter to view, down to mowing and watering our grass and dropping off the keys to our daughter in our absence after closing.
