Heather treated me like family. When I couldn't get any response from Barb for almost 6 weeks and then the week i was to close Barb finally admitted to Heather that she forgot about me and was requiring i jump thru hoops for her. Heather stepped up and relieved my stress caused by Barb. This happened several times. I was ready to walk away.. But Heather "held my hand" and got me through the process.
