Heather treated me like family. When I couldn't get any response from Barb for almost 6 weeks and then the week i was to close Barb finally admitted to Heather that she forgot about me and was requiring i jump thru hoops for her. Heather stepped up and relieved my stress caused by Barb. This happened several times. I was ready to walk away.. But Heather "held my hand" and got me through the process. Greg and Beverly were great to work with! Trying to buy a house remotely isn't easy, especially when you're not familiar with the area, but they were more than accommodating when I had questions, and they even made suggestions for things I wasn't aware of in the area.
