Talia was amazing, kind, responsive, respectful, and she always remained pleasant!! She never lost her cool during the whole house buying process with us. She took her time with us while we were viewing the homes. She gave us space to go explore the homes and we were able to have private conversations amongst ourselves. We felt confident with Talia sitting at the closing table with us. There were several times during this process that we wanted to give up, but Talia wouldn’t hear of it. Our VA certified real estate agent Steve Halen was great. He accommodated us in every way and no home was too far away for him to drive to meet us to give us a showing. Looking for a new home in the Phoenix area can be very frustrating but he never complained when we had to check out every suburb in the area. His knowledge of each city we wanted to see was amazing. And he was with us every step of the way even through signing our paperwork at the Title company. Another awesome experience!
