She was very helpful in locating a home and was extremely polite and understanding, but during the closing process, at times did not seem as active as I would expect or liked. Closing could have went much smoother and gotten done without extensions if the seller had been pressured and known issues had been taken care of prior to the deadline for them to be completed. Better, clear and honest communication is key, I didn't completely trust the process.

As well as the info above, we could not have asked for a better Real Estate Agent. We were assigned Mrs. Maryanne Obrien, and well again it just became such a beautiful friendship. She was the nicest, patient, and very knowledgeable person we have come across in this area of expertise. She made this whole process very very painless and not stressful at all. She made some things happen that we didn't know was possible that way we would not lose this house. She as well as the Veterans Home United team were SUPER AMAZING!

I feel my agent had to much going on and sometimes we missed deadlines on a house because of this. She was very friendly and hard working (almost to hard). Our agent also was commuting about 40 minutes each way just to show houses in the area we were looking. I feel an agent should be from the same area you are looking and maybe an agent that has a team would have made things a little easier on us and the agent

Robert was also outstanding!!! Robert always went the extra step to help and guide us through the entire home buying process.
