I cannot say enough good about Lance Tomar, our RE Agent. He took on a difficult job finding just the right property for us when we were not even there most of the time, but rather half-way across the country. He has taken care of absolutely anything and everything that needed attention along the way, from digging up properties for us or our daughter to view, down to mowing and watering our grass and dropping off the keys to our daughter in our absence after closing. He is simply the best customer care professional that I have ever experienced in my adult life. From our first conversation over nine months ago, clear through to the very last details of the completed transaction, Lance was a complete rock star.

We made a last minute decision to drive to Arizona from California for a house hunt. We literally gave Pam less than 24 hrs notice that we were coming. She jumped right in, got things lined up for us, and we made an offer (the house we ended up buying) the first day. She still took us to look at “back-ups” just in case. Our planned week of house hunting was done in two days.
