Arlene is the most incredible realtor I have every worked with. She’s patient and kind. It took me several months to find the right house and she worked tirelessly for my family. She never pressured me into a house and even pointed out safety concerns for my twin toddlers (even down to pulling out of driveways safely). She was available day and night and she was amazing with my boys (she loves kids and is so patient no matter how much they ran around). Words can’t express my gratitude to this amazing woman. She has made myself and my family happy homeowners. She found my forever home and she worked hard getting me the best deal possible. Mark was phenomenal! His communication on anything that came was great, he has a wealth of knowledge in the home buying process. He was patient, honest, and didn't try to influence our decision. Mark was always our biggest advocate when it came to things that need to be replaced or repaired in the home and he went to the sellers to get the best outcome for us on multiple times.

Our realtor took weeks to respond to us and then we really only saw him for a few showings and spoke with him once after submitting our offer. We heard nothing from him from the point of offer until after our original signing/closing time with the title company.
