Bob Parsons was terrible. I had to constantly make an effort to reach out to him. I explained in the beginning that this was my first time buying a home and many things were confusing. Additionally, multiple times paperwork on his end was done incorrectly. He had wrong names on contracts, wrong dates, and even closing costs were estimated incorrectly.
A few times, he had me relay messages to the loan team and even to the sellers. After a while I stopped relying on him and went to Molly and Andrew as well as the sellers with my questions. In my opinion he doesn’t deserve the commission. He didn’t have to list the property (the sellers offered it to us exclusively) and he was very little help. I only used him at the recommendation of Veterans United.

Andrea has vast knowledge of the housing market and housing conditions that throughly made us feel we were in good hands. She is naturally busy but always made her schedule work with ours. Truly couldn't be any happier with anyone else in our buying journey.

Sharon was amazing throughout the process from day 1. She knew the VA loan process & helped guide us as first time buyers. She is skilled at her craft & guided us with negotiating & it worked out in our favor. We got a great deal due to her expert advice, and final cost was less than we imagined! We didn’t have any closing cosss because of the terms. Lender actually owed us $! We got a brand new radon mitigation system. Among many other benefits.
