Paige White is an exemplary individual with drive and determination, all while maintaining an air of tact and class. Extremely well mannered and an absolute pleasure to work with. Like the Veterans United team, she is very personable, and will not look down on an individual for posing a plethora of inquiries regarding the process. Many times, my inquiries were answered before I had a chance to make them. This can only come from years of experience and dedication to her clients, both of which are commensurate with the highest standards in real estate, or any market. A true, "fire and forget" missile, Paige will always find her target, and will always keep you informed of the proceedings ongoing during the search for your new home. Any client would be lucky to have Paige on her side.

Angie was very on top of things between me, the seller, and the Title Company. She had connections/rapport with the seller, seller's agent, and title company that seemed to keep things moving along smoothly. When I hadn't seen the house in person, she would stop by the build site and give me updates with photos/videos as to how it was progressing. She also gave great recommendations for services such as the title company and home inspector when I didn't even know where to begin!

Marenda was wonderful to work with and her expertise and her knowledge of the area was truly the difference between getting our home and losing it to someone else. Her personal touch to the home buying experience right through to closing made us feel like long time good neighbors!

Bob Parsons was terrible. I had to constantly make an effort to reach out to him. I explained in the beginning that this was my first time buying a home and many things were confusing. Additionally, multiple times paperwork on his end was done incorrectly. He had wrong names on contracts, wrong dates, and even closing costs were estimated incorrectly.
A few times, he had me relay messages to the loan team and even to the sellers. After a while I stopped relying on him and went to Molly and Andrew as well as the sellers with my questions. In my opinion he doesn’t deserve the commission. He didn’t have to list the property (the sellers offered it to us exclusively) and he was very little help. I only used him at the recommendation of Veterans United.

Andrea has vast knowledge of the housing market and housing conditions that throughly made us feel we were in good hands. She is naturally busy but always made her schedule work with ours. Truly couldn't be any happier with anyone else in our buying journey.
