PROS:
Natalie was great when you were with her. Her insights and market analysis were on point when it came to appraisal value, which saved us from having to come out of pocket for an appraisal guarantee. We felt great when with her and she really made a point to get what we wanted when it came to negotiations.CONS:
Natalie grinds, HARD. She works a lot and is very busy, which sometimes impacts her ability to respond to crucial questions in a timely manner. Her work schedule is a bit unorthodox; she starts mid morning and goes into the very late evenings. This schedule is a bit offputting because when we are ready to see houses in the morning, shes not. She also replies to questions very late at night, sometimes past midnight. We were very engaged in the house hunting process, doing all of the finding of houses. If we had more traditional jobs, this would not have worked very well.Overall, we got what we wanted under our price point. Good experience with her, would just set some guidelines with her earlier next time.

Worse experience in my life. It was very hard communicating with him, and he seemed to care more about what the sellers wanted than what we, as his clients/buyers, wanted. He offered the worse advice just to get us to close on the deal and luckily this wasn't the first time we were buying a house and we knew better. The language barrier just added to the communication issues. I would not recommend him to anyone I know or want to have a good homebuying experience.

Met for the first time on day one at a potential home we wanted to put an offer on. Got accepted same day! Super nice and genuine, 5 stars all around. Always there when needed even late late. Never missed a beat and saw me through the whole process with ease. If you're in Texas I highly recommend this real estate agent. If you are shopping around for agents, at least put her in the choices and I guarantee you'd find the satisfaction of high standards in her as I did! Job well done!

Without her input and honesty, I don’t know where I would be now. She stood by my side and got me exactly what I wanted. She always answered my questions and if she didn’t know she’d find out and get back to me quickly. Without Kelly, I wouldn’t be in the beautiful home I am in today! Maria Schafer and Susan Sheets were great! They answered all of our "first time" homebuyer questions and made my wife and I feel extremely comfortable in our decision making throughout the entire process, even down to the day of closing!
