Our agent was very responsive and did her best to select and show us homes which met our needs and budget. However, there were some miscommunications and assurances that I feel were given prematurely which contributed to planning events around a certain date and to last minute changes and unexpected expenses.

Our Real Estate agent was fantastic.I do wish we were able to have at least been contacted by the agent assigned to us by Veterans United. We left messages for her that were never returned and overall that portion of the program was a fail.

Jill Alderson is one tenacious real estate agent. It took me roughly 3 weeks to find the home I loved and that’s all thanks to Jill for understand what I wanted in a home and wasting no time when listings popped up to schedule a tour. I loved how well she was able to accommodate my schedule a how helpful she was with any questions I had during the process. Highly recommend Jill Alderson as an agent!

Melissa was very knowledgeable about the area that we were interested in and made herself available to phone calls and meetings to ensure we were taken care of. Melissa was by far the best realtor we had ever worked with. VU hooked me up with Bob Parsons. I work with real estate agents on the daily side by side, but I read all these reviews about VU and wanted to trust them with the entire process. Bob was awesome! I’m not sure if it’s a computer generated random selection for real estate agents, but he was perfect for us!
