Great guy, seems like he was very intelligent and knowledgeable, only negative was at times he seemed resistant for wanting to put some specific offers in because he thought it was a waste of time for him in today’s market, eventually he did and we got the place lower then asking so it worked out in the end.

The short of the long is that I had to have a new agent. I rate my experience with him as outstanding. I was shocked that they were able to help my second attempt to purchase the same home in less than two and a half hours and my previous agent couldn't complete the transaction.
