This one is tough. I had a couple of agents to work with due to looking in two states.
Wendy Manzke & Jody of Shorewest Realtors, Inc. without a doubt went over and above all that was asked of them. They should get a "11". (I feel bad I was unable to close with them after all they did.)The agent I finally closed with, Mary Thomas of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Starck Real Estate, I'll give an "8". She did all I asked, but she was not as much of a "go getter". Certainly more laid back than I would have liked. Had we not closed this house I would have requested a different agent for any further showings.

We would rate our realtor, Oscar Berrios, more than a 10 if possible. This man went the extra mile for us, and he always did his utmost to make sure we were taken care of along the way. Oscar is very professional and a great listener of the needs of his clients!

Unfortunately, we had already picked out the house and were ready to put in an offer when we finally made contact with the realtor. Throughout the process, we had to repeat/resend information that had previously been provided. In addition, it seemed that she did not know anything about the property or seem to be willing to research any history.She was able to work through getting certain things done between the us and the sellers, however, it wasn't without voiced hesitancy and reservations.

Paul Russell, my real estate agent, was assigned to me by Veterans United. He maintains and exhibits a superlative skill and knowledge of the real estate business and customer support. Above all though, he is absolutely the most helpful individual I had in this process. Immediate communication, expeditious filing of paperwork to include offers, and just an all around great human being with the upmost integrity and kind natured. I am very glad to call Paul my friend after this process, it is extremely rare to find a realtor who actually works this hard for the client; Paul Russell is the absolute best.

Angie Miller with Genesis real estate really worked hard to keep us apprised of all of the process for getting our home. Angie worked late evenings giving us info helping us with any questions we had and I would highly recommend Genesis reality and Angie Miller!
