All agents are brilliant, super helpful. Just to mention a few Renee Taylor who was my Real estate played a splendid role and always kept us on the toe to ensure we always meet the target. Mykene was helpful in connecting us with the resourceful personnel who geared us through the accomplishment of our house purchase. Also, Lani, the loan coordinator working with Brian wasn't too responsive, she couldn't pick up phone calls when called and had to email for any updates about the process. Though Lani played a critical role to ensure all requirements are met, it is important in the future for Lani to be specific on the paperwork required so as to avoid delays. Overall we had a phenomenal experience with Veterans United agents. It only took 33days to get the home closed.
