Well Matt was a good guy a guess, in my opinion terrible realtor. Maybe it was because we live in Florida And buying a house in North Carolina but he didn’t do much of anything. We told him what we were looking for and he just gave us the mls website and said when you find one you like send it to me. He worked very slow, didn’t advocate for us, it would take days to get answers from him. He seemed to be overbooked, once he were under contract on our new build he didn’t do much of anything. I’m mad he even got a commission, the most he did was send the contract to the builder. We did everything else, he wouldn’t get us answers to our questions so we reached out to the listing agent or the builder themselves. Our close date was supposed to be the 22nd, the title company sent a notary out to us then Matt acted like signed the closing docs late. He told us he was too busy to get our keys from the builders so we sent a family member to get them. This guy just made 9K to do absolutely nothing, if I had an option to not pay this guy I would do that in a heartbeat. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

Mrs. Donna Cox, was a blessing from heaven. She was always on top of things. Gave me very good advice. Was not going to let me over pay for house. I loved that about her. She earnest, straight forward. If I need any information, she provided it to me. No questions went unanswered. Very professional and everything she did. I highly recommend her to family and friends.
