I would not recommend Don to anyone! When this process started I had 11 homes picked out. Don was going out of town that weekend and instead of passing me off to someone else in the office I just had to wait for him to get back. All but one was off the market by the time he got back to me. I only saw him once and that was to show the house I’m in. Don was going on vacation for three weeks just before the closing and said Lenard would take over for the closing. Two days before the closing I had to get ahold of Shane to find out who to make out the cashiers check to and where the closing was. Only after getting ahold of Shane did the realtor get in touch to inform me of the information. I had to text Don on vacation to get them to get in touch with me. I have bought a few homes in my time and this was the worse experience with a realtor I’ve ever had. I felt like they really didn’t care about the customer because the market is so hot here. I wouldn’t recommend this realtor to anyone!

I had the Best Agent Ever ! Shannon Dumond was the Agent they picked for me and forget about it ! She did so much of my leg work and was on top of everything ! She was really amazing ! I’m so happy I had her because I was looking in the area a few years ago before I knew about VETERAN’S UNITED and I was just looking to rent and this Agent who I called was not on the same page man ! And she’s pretty well known up there ! Thank God that Shannon was nothing like her ! I’m talking about night and day !
Shannon went above and beyond in my words at finding me a place in my price range and that would pass the Veteran’s Home Appraisal ! I can’t say enough about Shannon but I know I have made a friend for life !
