Rated a 4 because we did ultimately get the home that we wanted, otherwise, I would rate her a 2. It was like pulling teeth to get real estate information from her. We never felt informed when we walked on a property. No information about schools, crime, or the homes in question. We found the house and asked her to set up the viewing, she did that task well. These interactions actually increased our stress as we went through the home buying process.

Our agent/s overall were very nice. I did feel like I wish they were more involved with the home buying process and providing updates on the progress of the house (new construction). My wife and I drove by the property on the weekends so that we knew the latest thing seemingly before she did. I understand in this market, relators don't have to work as hard, but it is always nice to see the ones that do. She did respond to our communications promptly.
