As a former military member and a family man, Jon Connor was there 110 precent for me. He worked with my busy schedule and attended any walk through or inspection I could not make due to my op tempo. You could tell he really enjoyed what he was doing and cared for me as a client.

My real estate agent was very helpful and extremely nice. He was readily available to answer any questions I had and to show any house I was interested in. The only downside we had was this: the moment my offer on a home was accepted and we went under contract, my real estate agent’s communication with me greatly dwindled. Questions asked of him were not answered in a timely manner. And there were questions only he would be able to answer. I understand real estate agents have more than one client, but just because a client has finally come under contract doesn’t mean they don’t still need their agent. Other than that, he was amazing!

Lauren Hearn was outstanding and we would recommend her for agent for the year if we could. She went the extra mile to answer questions day or night. Tabitha Olin
The BEST realtor, to work with!!!! She is dedicated to her craft. Her work with active duty and veterans is unbelievable. Tabitha knows the latest and greatest of the VA home loan process. She should use what to look for and pointed out what will and will not be approved by VA, so not to get our hopes up. Very straight forward, and informative. We communicated by text, so there was no miscommunication on either end. Answer questions provided her expertise on the area, and the market. We gave her a list of what we wanted, and it was found.
The viewing of properties was informative, and she should us what to look for certain things in property, to make a judgement call on making an offer. Something we would not have thought of or considered. that we would have never taken under consideration. I recommend her as a go to agent for North Fl, South Alabama area.
