Derek did a great job and showed us a lot of properties. I understand this purchase price for this property was low and his commission was affected by this. In the past 5 real estate purchase, our agents would help us strategize our bids and offers. This was a new market for us and we didn't really know much about it. I would have like Derek to really help us formulate a bid to ensure we get the best deal possible in this very depressed market. He is a very nice laid back agent and I am sure that has to do with his "up to you" approach. Would i use Derek in the future? 100% I would use him again and recommend him to others. I think I would have a more frank conversation with him so we are seeing eye to eye and my needs are 100% met.

Kathryn really helped make a great deal. She is a very savvy and knowledgeable realtor with a lot of experience. The only reason for the 8 is that we missed a few houses do to delayed communication. The time distance problem came into effect. Not necessarily her fault. She had an hour drive evrytime we asked to see a house so sometimes we had to wait until the next day and due to location, that was enough time that the house would already have several offers. However, it was meant to be because we found the perfect home and she proposed an excellent offer to the buyer that was fair for all. She locked us in with a great deal and we are very happy with our new home! Thank you Kathryn.

I got the feeling that she was task saturated with clients in addition to driving across state lines to help me out. She was friendly and polite, but sometimes had to reiterate or remind of a question or concern had to get an answer. She helped in getting the house closed in super quick timing.
