I will everyone that asks about real estate agents that they should consider Joe Geeting. He is the best. He went out of his way to show the house by his camera. He explained everything that he saw. He made us feel so good about not seeing the house in person. We purchased it sight unseen except by camera.

My realtor was dry. I expected this to be an exciting time for me but, the process with Cecilia wasn’t so comforting or exciting. Some things that stood out was misinformation about the loan funding and access to keys, home warranty information, the “home sold” photo I was…..waiting for that she didn’t have a sign at the final walk through. Also, my closing date was scheduled and she was out of town. I feel like this date should have been modified if she had known she wasn’t going to be there (I understand emergencies). But, for the amount of money she made from the sale of my home, I expected an unforgettable, positive experience. This was subpar. Very subpar. She just “did her job.”
