Darbi and Ernie were both super helpful, Ernie in the beginning and Darbi for the majority of the process. Once we got serious about house hunting when my move got closer, Darbi sent me several options and was receptive to my feedback. Once I decided which house I wanted to pursue, she totally ran with it, put in the offer I felt comfortable with, got it accepted, and held my hand through the entire process, going above and beyond to help me with things I had no idea I would need to do since I’ve never lived in or even visited the area. She kept me on track and was very patient with the many times I needed reminders to get things done. It really felt like we were a team and I knew she had my back.
