Our realtor started off very enthusiastic and seemed like she was going to be extremely helpful in the process of buying our new home. Although, as time went on she was less and less helpful, there was a point where we started to ask Alice for many questions our realtor seemed to breeze over or not touch at all. It also seemed like she was using an automated system to email us houses to look at in the area because it started only sending us houses recently sold. Even the houses she personally sent through text messages and talked to us about were well out of our price range as well as our pre-approval price of $600,000. As well as, there was one time where she could not show up to one of the home showings and she sent her husband to meet with my wife because I was stationed in Florida and completely failed to tell her or warn her that she wasn’t going to be there, in turn my wife had to meet a complete stranger and had to call the realtor to confirm his story.

I cannot even begin to say as many great things as she deserves. She was very straight forward. Never once did it feel like she was trying to "sell" us a house. She was there to guide/help to buy the right house. We found the perfect house for my family and when things got sticky she worked magic and expertly handled each problem that came up. Her and the VU team were on constant communication so I barely had to lift a finger. Without her I would not have been able to find/ buy my home.

I had Roger Whitesell. He is very wise and knowledgeable about the whole experience. He is very honest about anything that seems off or bad when viewing a home. On the flip side, he mentions the good things and quality as well. He never forces anything and acts like an actual real person, not a scripted robot salesman. Thank you, Roger!

Stellar help until nearing the end of the transaction where I found my house. After having made the agreement to buy, it seemed like it was harder to get into touch with him as I would sometimes not get a response. Then when I asked for clarification on some details that weren't specified, It seemed like I was bothering him, as I was even told to check my contract.
