There were several timelines that we weren't aware of in a timely manner so we felt rushed when making major decisions (home inspection). We did our final walk through the afternoon before closing day only to discover repairs weren't done, which delayed closing. I would recommend that realtors look at the time lines in which items are due and add a few days in the process to prepare for any unforseen issues. Our realtor however did a great job in advocating for items that needed to be included in escrow.

She was good until after the view then dropped the ball. I had to reach out to her numerous times to get answer on certain things. Then she said she would fix a problem with a leak issue never did it. Now I have to spend extra money to fix it. Would steer friends away from her.

I ended up with 2, the first wasn't very good and left us hanging for a month. I explained what was happening to my veterans team and they got me a new realtor who was exactly what I expected to have. Jill was fantastic and I am very happy the team found her for me within 5 hours of my initial complaint.

My closing was a hot mess. Was good at showing houses but when it was time for closing I was very disappointed! This isn’t my first house so I had very high expectations with this home buying process and it’s been a nightmare

My agent started off good. It appeared that her focus changed once I was under contract. The home had several issues and she suggested I buy the home as is and make the repairs myself. She suggested that the seller was doing a lot to meet my expectation and I shouldn’t ask for any further repairs. She didn’t follow up with the seller to ensure the repairs were completed prior to the first closing date.
