Rachel Jones is amazing to work with! She was incredibly patient with me as a first time homebuyer - especially with all my questions. Straight to the point, no funny business and tells you how it is. That's how it should be! My partner and I can't thank Rachel enough for working so hard and surpassing our expectations with how crazy the market is. We actually miss going house hunting with her! She made the whole experience fun even when we saw houses we didn't like. Rachel went above and beyond and we are blessed with a house that checked 90% of the boxes from our wish list. Serita is very very nice. She is probably the reason we got in the house to see it, as well as ending up closing on it. In the beginning we felt like we weren't seeing enough houses with the market the way it was, seeing 1 or 2 houses over the weekend seemed like a waste of time when there were so many out there. We did end up having a conversation and she did a better job going forward. The main thing is we did feel like she could have done a better job at making sure we looked out for some things and making sure we were asking the right questions and making sure we requested certain things. As first time home buyers we made some assumptions about the condition of the home when we would move it. We thought it would have been cleaned, and all the junk and repair supplies and left over materials, etc would be removed before we moved in. As first time buyers we didn't know what to ask or what to expect. For the price we paid we should not have gotten stuck with the home being in the condition it was in. We have been cleaning every day since we moved in and are not even close to being done. The garage and back yard were full of discarded junk and old pieces of the home, trim , dressers, random wood and garbage etc. The back yard is also a mess. The house in general especially the bathrooms and kitchen were gross, it took 4 of us to get the appliances cleaned. While none of that is her fault, she was there and saw what it looked like when our offer was accepted, we assumed this would all be taken care of, we just wish she would have backed us up and helped us make that happen. Overall she was great and I would recommend her to friends and family.

Billy at Trident Real Estate was always there setting up showings when I called, sometimes it would be day of at the last minute when I called him, but he would make sure I got a chance to see any property that I was interested in. He and his team were awesome. Can''t think him enough!!

I believe that some things should of been handled differently. Very disappointed that at closing that I didn't receive my key being that the seller is back renting from me.

I have never in all of my home buying experiences ever met a more knowledgeable, and customer oriented realtor. Mary Nelson is by far the buyers best friend when it comes to a home purchase. Her knowledge of the area, schools and local community are exceptional!! Her entire team went above and beyond to identify the type of homes we were seeking, they also flexed to provide showings at their earliest convenience. BEST REALTOR THERE IS!!!
