Matt took on the special extra work of helping me purchase a home while being stationed overseas. He attended probably over 30 showings to help us find the home we wanted. Not for lack of trying however, it took us much longer than expected to get an accepted offer. In the end we got a place in the area we wanted but the price for quality of the home was not all the way there. I think it became so difficult because of the market but I do wish Matt could have guided us with an offer that got accepted on several previous properties.
