Yolanda was nice, however there were often times where communication was lacking and I felt that there should’ve been better follow up on things related to details that either she or the other realtors were directly responsible for and possibly affected us not closing when we’re expected to. There was a slight communication drop off after we “bought” the home and were in the underwriting process. Otherwise no issues.
