Coming from a couple who literally knew nothing about buying a house, Anastasia made buying our first home a breeze!We were connected to Anastasia through our VA loan officer. She was recommended because of her reputation of experience/knowledge dealing with the VA. Prior to meeting her, I felt overwhelmed and intimidated on the home buying process. She was incredibly patient and knew how to break down the whole home buying process with ease.Any house that we wanted to take a look at, she was able to set up a viewing and coach us throughout. She had no problem giving us the low down and honest opinions on houses we looked at. I never felt pressured or "persuaded" into liking a house. Instead, it felt like she genuinely was invested in finding a home that fit all our needs. Luckily, we found "the one" on the first day of looking at houses!Naturally we had a million questions along the way. She guided us with putting in an offer (which got accepted first try thanks to her advice), negotiation/coordination through escrow and closing. Her communication was on point and I never felt lost or confused along the way.All in all, Anastasia was ON POINT! Would without a doubt recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell.

Pia did everything you would expect a real estate agent to do, and then some. She explained the process, gave amazing descriptions of the various neighborhoods around our desired relocation area, and did all the footwork for us as we remained in Arizona. She is very friendly and helped make the entire process enjoyable.

We were looking at homes from across the country and as we found homes to consider, he did walk-throughs, video walk-throughs and gave us his Honest opinion, to ensure our home buying experience was pleasant and successful. His knowledge of the process made it easy for us to complete all the paperwork from a distance so that we were ready to close on time.
