Brook was very patient and kind. She listened to my needs regarding what I was looking for and why, and greatly helped in getting me a fantastic deal. She's clearly very intuitive in knowing what the buyer wants, and what the seller needs. She read the playing field like a book. They said they wanted $479, but she knew they would take $450. And they did exactly that, even though it was appraised at $487. That's Jedi right there! Highly recommend anyone to work with her!

They just don't have enough words to describe how great tracy is. From start to finish, she went out of her way to help me find the right house. And then protected my interests with things that needed to be fixed and should be fixed by the seller.
