I had very little contact with my real estate agent and it was almost impossible to get a hold, hardly available and I feel they didn't tell me everything as I was a first time home buyer. I didn't get to do a final walk through before closing and found several things that were wrong and would have liked to have fixed before signing.

Can’t recommend Ashlee enough! Buying a home thousands of miles away with a huge time difference was so very hard and tricky! Ashlee patiently and knowledgeably helped us every step of the way, going above and beyond to assist us in this process. She took it upon herself to visit every single home we wanted to see, sent countless videos, communicated effectively and consistently, and worked with us in each decision we made. We completely felt like she was on our side and rooting for us as well as always took into consideration what we wanted in a home for our family, which I know is very challenging especially in this market! Highly recommend!

Chris was AWESOME! We loved working with him and appreciated his willingness to show us ALLLL the homes to find the right one as well as his honesty throughout the grueling process. We definitely made a friend out of him!

Set the standard other agents should follow. Went above and beyond to ensure the home buying process was easy and streamlined. Caring attitude and attention to detail was above reproach.

Absolutely wonderful. She lives for real estate and loves her job. Very friendly and wise when it came to using the VA loan and winning the house.

Rob was top notch! Even though he had other clients we always felt like we were the only one. He is very knowledgeable and quick to understand the clients wants and needs. He is a terrific guide through the real estate quagmire. He truly strives to find his clients their perfect home!

I had the pleasure working with Chaw Tun. Chaw was amazing, she stayed on top of the new listings, always available, and paid attention to my likes and dislikes about a house. She’s the best!

I was very displeased with the service of my real estate agent. He was assigned/referred by my loan team, and from the beginning the communication was poor. He didn’t recommend any properties based off of my wants/needs, only asked me to pick from an automated list of new listings as they became available. When I initially met Rob to view properties, he was not prepared with all of the properties I requested to see. The one property I was excited, he haven’t set up a viewing and didn’t have property specs. We eventually went to see this property, and when we arrived, he showed me a half finished(dirty/dusty) unit that would not be done until past the date I told him I needed it. I had to again request to see a finished unit that lined up with my timeline for moving. Upon stating I would like to make an offer, I informed him my financial plans, that being I would prefer to negotiate closing cost for this unit. He repeated to me how much closing cost could be and it’s will be ok because “I’ll have it”. I made it clear that if possible, I would like to include closing cost in the price of my home.
That would be the first and only time I saw Rob. After my initial interaction with Rob, all communications moving forward were poor. He didn’t not answer my questions in a timely manner, and sometimes not at all. I had to ask him several questions for clarification as information was not fluid. I am not a realtor, therefore my realtor should be overly communicative with me about this process. He was not. When it was time for closing, after barely hearing from Rob, my expectation of negotiating closing cost was not met and I paid all closing cost out right. On the day of my closing, initially I did not hear from Rob, nor the day before. The only reason I heard from him on that day is because there was a problem that needed to be addressed before I authorized the title company to record the closing and disburse funds. And I have not heard from him after. Not a congratulations, thank you, nothing. I am HIGHLY disappointed and would not recommend his services to anyone.
