Initial real estate agent was not a match. There were numerous red flags with the first agent. First we did not work with the agent that was provided, it was her husband that reached out to us and worked with us. During our time with this agent, there little to no communication, questionable practices, felt rushed when spoke with agent and did not feel all information was provided. After 2 weeks, we were provided another agent who went above and beyond our expectations and was and still is amazing and assisting us in the house buying process. Sheena, talked to listing agents and informed them about VA loans and had them switch to accepting VA loans, showed us 7 houses in one day, was our eyes, ears, and nose on the ground providing us feedback on the house as we were not able to view in person, answered all phone calls, texts, and emails rapidly, worked with our VA team when went under contract, and in general went above and beyond her duties. Send clients her way, she will do everything to find them the house they are looking for.

Victoria was very supportive and with us every step of the way. Her communication was beyond fantastic and was always with us. She never pressured us into a sale and wanted to ensure we got the home we wanted. She worked very hard before and even after closing. Whenever we needed her, she response very quickly and promptly. She's our forever agent and I feel grateful knowing she'll be around when we need her in the future. I recommend her to any and everyone; even none veterans. You want her in your corner.
