I hate that I have to even rate someone this low, but our agent was far from outstanding. We used her because she came recommended from Veterans United.For starters, her communication was horrible. At the beginning it was ok, but once all the initial paperwork was completed, that was it for about a month and a half or so. She was very slow to respond to messages, or even get a response from at points. This was on both our end and from what I understood on VU's side as well.My wife and I unfortunately had never even met her. She did not show to the final walk through or the closing. I feel like she made one of the easiest commission checks of her realty career, for the lack of work she did.

Our real estate agent was amazing! I cannot say enough great things about him. We had been told over and over again by others that we would have to pay above asking because of the market. That was not the case with Martin. He made sure we got the best deal. Even in a seller's market, he was able to negotiate well below the original asking price and we even got money towards our closing cost! It really paid to have an experienced and knowledgeable agent in our corner.

It's true that my loan team was exceptional, but I'm most proud of Angie and Paul Jaggers for doing the tough work that got me into this home. They truly worked a few miracles along the way and now I have a great story to tell about how anything is possible if you are willing to trust the professionals that have given their time and expertise to your cause. I always used to think of realtors just as I did car salesmen in thinking you had to be selfish to do those jobs. It's not true. Angie and Paul always put me first and made the impossible a reality in just a few weeks. 10 stars!
