Our real estate agent Shannon Brenneman was horrible. She had to constantly be reminded to do things for us or schedule things or turn in documents. On multiple occasions she said she couldn’t meet us for walk throughs only to find out she went to the beach with her kids (her Facebook is public and she posted pictures of her and her kids at the beach). I would not recommend her at all. And I would encourage veterans united to remove her from their suggested real estate agent list.

Mason was pretty down to earth, and kept things very frank, I liked that. I went through two realtors before him not through VU. The first one was younger than me and wasn't very knowledgeable. The second one was very professional, but she was too busy for me because she did mostly higher end sales. Mason was a good middle ground. He was knowledgeable about the areas, didn't fluff anything, and was straight to the point.

Aimee was spectacular in all honesty she was the one who informed me of the process, what to expect, updated me on paperwork and issues. She went above and beyond with everything helping to keep the sellers happy and content so we didn't lose the home. Even when threatened by the sellers that they would back out and ultimately keep the due diligence she was extremely supportive. She made sure we always made the right moves and was willing to help any chance she got. I never would have made it through the process without Aimee.

Greg was awesome. Greg was always on top of stuff, making sure I completed what I needed to. Greg went out of his way multiple times to ensure me and my family found the home that satisfied our needs. I hope he is still available when I purchase my next home.
