The real Estate Agent was not the best at finding the best-fit places that fit our budget but tried her best with us finding all locations that we wanted to view.
Felt like all homes that were forwarded to us were impersonal as it was an automated email that didn't fit what we were looking for.

One of the setbacks was not having a power of attorney set up even though he knew that I was unable to be there in person from the beginning. It wasn't until very late that it was clarified which also added to the frustration of the seller. Then, the attorney's office created a power of attorney paperwork that was not accepted by the underwriters because there were two possible power of attorneys listed.
