Elsa Barron my realtor was definitely a blessing throughout the entire process. If it wasn’t for her I don’t think we would be homeowners right now.

I feel that she did not work to benefit me in the process. Communication was strained at different times. and I was not satisfied with the outcome of the selling process. also there were a few things that was said that made me feel that I was not valued as a Client.

My agent was extremely smart in the little tricks to help make my offer successful. Timely responses help on a fast closing.

Karen Antel has the patience of Job. I have been looking since May. I lost count of how many houses we looked at and having to raise the budget to purchase the house I really wanted. Karen was great about returning calls and texts. Amazing to work with, not afraid to tell me when we saw a " this is not the right house for you". She is absolutely the best. She is always truthful. Kind, caring, laughs at all my dumb jokes. I really wanted to give her a huge after signing for my house... not gonna happen due to C-19. so here it is. H U G !!

Mandy Gulley was a pleasure to work with, she understood what we were looking for in a home. Mandy was there throughout the home buying process with great advice and support. I am thankful Mandy was our real estate agent.

Christy Setaro-Greenwood provided superior client support and service in our search for a home in an overheated real estate market. She quickly perceived and understood our requirements and criteria for our new home and guided our search with outstanding attention to details important to us.

Our realtor got burnt out working with us during our search for a house. We weren't made aware of additional options that could make our offer stronger until we had already lost out on many houses. She would do her best not to communicate negative information to us until she the issue had been resolved, even if that meant delays, with one notable instance being that didn't receive key information and disclosures until the day we were supposed to waive our inspection contingency.
She wouldn't actively procure information that we routinely requested for each house, leading to us seeing houses that we didn't actually need to see due to disqualifying factors. (Example: The location is currently a rental with a 24 month lease.)
She was mostly available to show houses when we need her, but we did miss out on several houses that we were very interested in without ever being able to see them. She is a very nice person and does her best to be reassuring, though sometimes to a fault. When she suggested that we get into a New Build contract, she essentially checked out and waited for the check to come in and I would end up having to communicate with the other realtor instead of her.
Since we were a VA loan, her best tactic for getting an offer accepted was running the comps and then bidding on the highest end we could stomach. In her defense here, we started our search in the Bay Area, which was painfully competitive. In retrospect I would have used a family friend instead of a VU recommended agent, but she is by no means a terrible agent; we just had different needs that went unmet.

We got transferred to a cohart Who was a little harder for my wife to connect with.... that along with a challenging market made it a long process.
