Maria was wonderful and informative. I basically asked her to hold my hand though out the process and she was patient and understanding. Very kind and helpful, she has a good knowledge of VA loan requirements . She went above and beyond. She helped me to learn the different aspects of owning a home in Maine versus California. From heating and plumbing to what repairs can be made at what time of year. She took me through two FaceTime tours of the home. Once at the beginning and once on the day of signing. 100% Satisfaction
