Initially I never felt in the loop about what was going on. When I would call her to get information, she would tell me information that happened a few days ago. I respectfully asked to be kept in the loop. After that, nothing felt organic anymore.

We did not have great experience. He never really showed us around homes or spoke to us during showings. We just kind of showed ourselves around. He didn't communicate well and took his time processing paperwork. I would have dropped him early in the process of I would of had a better option.

Michelle Matiska worked extremely hard for us and went way above any expectations that we had going into this process. She had our best interest and put our wants and needs as her top priority. If it weren't for her my family wouldn't be living in our brand new beautiful home. No one will work harder for you than Michelle. She has even become a close friend along the way!

I would like to start by saying this doesn’t reflect poorly on Veterans United, just our particular real estate agent. Rex was unprepared almost every time we spoke. He did not make us feel like we were a priority whatsoever.

Summer is hands down the best! I mean I doubt there are enough good things I can say about her. I mentioned what we had been looking for and what was in our range and well... now I have a home! Summer is extraordinary knowledgable and that knowledge saved me from making a few BIG mistakes. I've no idea what she gets paid in all of this but its not enough. Do not lose this asset!!

I interacted more with the garbage man than I did with my real estate agent. There were TWO important dates that I would have expected my agent to be present in. Initial contract signing and closing. She was present to neither. She sent a bottle of wine with one of her colleagues at closing which was a nail on the coffin because I am 4 months sober and she would have known that if she was a good agent. She was ALWAYS out of the loop and if there was something she did know I knew before her. The Loan team, YouTube and google answered more questions and concerns than my agent because she wasn’t present. Veterans United need to do a better job about monitoring the people they work with. Because this lady is just collecting paychecks.
