Cannot say enough great things about Jim. My wife and I had him all over Florida and we bought a house 10 min. from him. Now I have a real estate agent and a new friend. A professional and knows the market, once we knew he understood what we were looking for we placed a bid on a house from pictures and a phone call while he was at the property and another we ended up not making an offer.
