This was a terrible real estate agent! He insulted my husband on our first call, showed up 20 minutes late to our first viewing, vaped at a home we were touring, did not respond to email and texts until I got our loan officer involved. He spoke about past clients (and not in a good way). I loved Veterans United, but your recommendation of this agent was a 1 out of 10.

Edgar was great and responsive and did everything I asked. Only issue is with me not coming in person I depended alot on his eyes and ears in the home. The carpet was a let down and is beyond cleaning with pet soil damage and I would of asked the seller to replace them outright. Overall a great guy.
