Jacob was "The LEAD" as IN " The One" who refused to give up. Even with tough challenges he took it on the Chin and continued to be proactive and worked his tail off to make sure that I got into the home I desired. He continued a enthusiastic effort on every stage of the entire process. At times we both got frustrated. However, he remained positive and encouraging. I would highly recommend him to others
