Jan Allen was outstanding!!! She called almost immediately and set up an appointment to take down what my wife and I were interested in. She threw out options and was open to receiving our own thoughts on neighborhoods and areas. She walked us through the process, honestly reviewed houses with us, and made herself available. Jan was amazing and can't wait to stay in touch with her after this experience.

Never hesitated to call me if he had advice or needed me to provide any documentation. Provided clear and precise directions all along the way. I believe we got my mortgage approved earlier than expected and I am very happy with all the representatives.

Mike Parkinson was difficult to work with for our first home buying experience. He over talks his clients, with a slightly rude tone and consistently brags about his realtor prowess and the number of houses he can close in a year. Working with Mike was the most stressful part of our experience, and we constantly felt as though he was working for the seller and not us as the buyers. He would try to convince us to accept positions we were not comfortable with. In addition, he was also the broker in this deal, which we learned about on the day of closing.. This was not ideal. Finally, on the day of close, Mike did not work for us to ensure the sellers were out of the house in time for the final walk-through. Veterans United needs to reconsider using this Broker and Agent as it truly was a very very stressful experience with Mike Parkinson.

Tim Edwards was fantastic. He listened to our wish list and helped us find a house that checked all the boxes. He offered great advice on negotiating the offer as well as expert advice throughout the process. He was great to work with, and we highly recommend him.
