Gave wrong information numerous times throughout the process, including telling me that I would do the wire transfer at closing, then denied that she would ever have told me such a thing. Then I showed her the email she sent me saying I would do wire transfer at settlement. As I said very frustrating.

Quinn has been the best real estate agent we have had (and we've had 4-5 over the last 10 years). She was professional, prompt, and prepared. She is very knowledgeable in helping military families with buying a house via the VA loan, and she took time to answer all of our questions with a genuine service-minded attitude. Had some communication issues. Overall the condition of our new home was upsetting. Cabinets were very dirty inside. I think the most frustrating was showing up to a busted up basketball hoop set up at the end of the driveway that I will have to dismantle and take to the dump. There is a lot of trash that looks like it was chucked in the woods. Tires, mops and shoes.

Timothy really listens to what the client desires in a home and location. His communication could be improved as my questions and documentation records for the seller were left unanswered and I felt ignored after 6-weeks and still no answers. However, it was the sellers agent who was not answering him, so he was unable to answer me. Knowing the sellers agent was the problem would have been beneficial because I have no qualms with contacting the real estate commission for unethical behavior of the sellers agent. Knowing this bit of information raises my rating of Timothy from how I felt the week I was left displaced due to not closing on time.
