Kim McCabe was my agent. With her years of experience combined with her knowledge on utilization of veteran benefits, she not only taught me so much about what I wasn't aware of but also got me my first home in one of the craziest markets there has been. Kim is relentless and will continue to push until you get what you need. There were days that Kim would be writing multiple offers for me and she would bend over backwards to try and make anything work. Joanne is an excellent agent; she has the knowledge base down pat and knows how to use it to keep us aware of the deviations and expectations along the long road to closing. Jillian and her assistant Zack made sure I was well taken care of. Jillian had a great personality, was very professional, easy to talk to and really helped me out when I needed her. I drove from VA to SC with a dog while towing a 6x12 trailer. She picked us up (yes me and my pup) and took us to the walk through. The whole experience was the easiest I’ve ever had; this was the sixth home I purchased. I will definitely make sure anyone I meet who is looking to buy or sell, gets her contact info.
