I don't know why Melanie Pipes didn't like me but I would never recommend her to family or friends. Serious lack of communication that really accelerated after I asked her what I had done. She did good showing me the property via zoom before offer, but during final walk through she hardly let me see anything. Veterans United is 5 star, but their realtor recommendation was like only thing that was not a pleasant experience.

Kathy was great, especially when buying a home while not physically present the majority of the time. I would have appreciated a bit more of her personal opinion on things, but otherwise very responsive and willing to work with me which I appreciated.

Lee went the extra mile also. He was very helpful and detailed in his work ethic and really took the lead and provided me with all the things I needed to some difficult decisions. He also met with after the sell to make sure I was happy with the purchase. I feel Lee will go far in sales and look forward to hear that he has joined the 5 million dollar club sometime in the near future.
