Virginia is awesome! She understands where I was coming from especially my requirements in looking for my first home. She made huge adjustments when needed especially with my crazy work hours. She was on top of everything and she made sure that all transactions ran smoothly. She consistently communicated with me and I never felt left behind or in the dark especially in terms of understanding how the process works. We were able to close in less than a month!

I thought I was not going to find an ideal home in the current market, but Spencer kept our needs in mind and found the perfect home for us. Andrea was awesome from the beginning to the middle of the process of buying a house. When it came closing time I missed some repairs on the house which I wished she would have caught and mentioned to me since I lived states away from the house. Additionally we asked for the breaker box to be labeled when we closed on the house and it still hasn’t been labeled. This is a safety concern and she hasn’t got back to me when this will be fixed. And lastly we ask her the dimensions of the fridge space and she measured a whole 2 inches wider than what was available. It was a huge pain to custom order our fridge to have it be sent down to Lowes down in Waco, TX for it to be way too wide. Luckily we returned it, got our money back, and bought a fridge we liked on the spot at Lowes. I was extremely disappointed that we bought and customized a fridge we loved and it didn’t fit. It was stressful and a long night of scrambling to get a fridge.
